PARTNER TERMS
Driver Independent Contractor Terms
Last updated: September 2, 2026
These public Driver Terms supplement any driver agreement accepted during Concierge Inc. onboarding. If an executed driver agreement expressly governs a matter differently, that agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
1. Eligibility and application information
Drivers must provide accurate application and account information and satisfy applicable age, identity, licensing, driving-record, vehicle, insurance, work-authorization and background-screening requirements. Drivers are responsible for keeping required documents current and protecting account credentials.
2. Independent contractor relationship
Drivers participate as independent contractors unless applicable law requires a different classification. Concierge does not guarantee work, trip volume, earnings or a minimum number of offers. Subject to applicable law, safety standards and accepted service commitments, drivers generally choose when to be available and whether to accept or decline offered work.
3. Driver participation models
Concierge currently uses two approved driver models. Under the Unlimited model, the driver pays $250 per week and receives 100% of the defined eligible base, mileage and time transportation fare plus tips, subject to the signed agreement and disclosed processor, tax or authorized adjustments. Under the Free model, there is no weekly subscription; the driver receives 70% and Concierge receives 30% of the defined eligible platform transportation earnings, and the driver keeps tips, subject to the signed agreement.
4. Vehicle and insurance responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for maintaining any legally and contractually required vehicle registration, inspection, insurance, maintenance, cleanliness and passenger or cargo capacity. Personal automobile policies may exclude or limit rideshare, delivery or other commercial activity. Drivers are responsible for confirming that their coverage is appropriate for the services they perform.
5. Driver expenses and taxes
Except where an applicable agreement or law states otherwise, drivers are responsible for their own taxes, permits, fuel, maintenance, mobile data, tolls, equipment and other business expenses. Concierge does not provide tax advice.
6. Dispatch and service offers
Offers may contain request details, location information and an acceptance window. Offers may expire or be reassigned if not accepted. Drivers may not manipulate dispatch, falsify location, interfere with matching systems or use unauthorized means to obtain preferential access to offers.
7. Earnings, tips and adjustments
Concierge will present earnings information through the applicable platform or records. Tips designated for the driver belong to the driver subject to lawful adjustments. Earnings may be adjusted or reversed for duplicate payments, refunds, fraud, chargebacks, corrections or other authorized reasons. Payout timing is governed by the current platform process and applicable agreement rather than this public page.
8. Safety and nondiscrimination
Drivers must follow applicable traffic, accessibility, nondiscrimination and safety requirements. Prohibited conduct includes impairment, distracted driving, harassment, violence, discrimination, retaliation and knowingly unsafe operation. Service-animal and accessibility obligations apply where required by law. Serious safety incidents should be reported promptly through the verified Concierge support channel and to emergency authorities where appropriate.
9. Location and privacy
The platform may process driver location while a driver is online, available, responding to an offer or performing a service when needed for dispatch, routing, trip progress, safety, fraud prevention or operational records. Personal-information practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Performance and account standing
Concierge may review service history, complaints, safety reports, fraud signals, document status and other relevant records. This page does not promise a specific rating threshold or automatic account outcome unless separately adopted and disclosed.
11. Suspension, deactivation and review
Access may be restricted or deactivated for material policy violations, fraud, expired or invalid eligibility documents, safety threats, legal requirements, platform-security risks or other grounds permitted by the applicable agreement and law. Notice, evidence review and appeal rights will be provided when required by law or the applicable agreement.
12. Confidentiality and customer information
Drivers may use customer, merchant and trip information only as necessary to perform authorized services, provide support, prevent fraud or comply with law. Drivers may not retain, publish, sell or use customer information for unrelated purposes.
13. Platform and intellectual property
Drivers receive a limited right to use Concierge technology for authorized participation. Concierge branding, software, data structures and other intellectual property remain protected. Unauthorized copying, scraping, impersonation, reverse engineering or interference is prohibited except where law expressly permits otherwise.
14. Accidents and claims
Drivers must report accidents, insurance lapses and material coverage changes as required by law and applicable agreements. Actual insurance coverage and liability are determined by applicable policies, contracts, law and the facts of the event; this page does not create or expand insurance coverage.
15. Termination
Drivers or Concierge may end the relationship as permitted by the applicable agreement and law. Outstanding payment, tax, confidentiality, investigation, dispute and record obligations may survive termination where appropriate.
16. Governing law and disputes
Georgia law may apply where legally appropriate, while mandatory rights in another jurisdiction remain preserved. Any arbitration, class-action waiver or specialized dispute procedure applies only if contained in an approved agreement that legally governs the driver relationship.
17. Changes and contact
These public terms may be updated as the platform or law changes. Questions may be sent to conciergeinc@icloud.com. These terms should be read together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
