Concierge Inc. Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Concierge Inc. may collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when people use Concierge websites, applications, rideshare services, support channels and any delivery or logistics services that Concierge makes available.

1. Scope and controller

Concierge Inc. is responsible for the personal information it controls in connection with the Concierge platform, subject to applicable law and contracts. This Policy applies to information handled through Concierge-controlled services. Third-party services may have separate privacy notices.

2. Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, Concierge may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, account details, pickup and destination information, ride or delivery request details, support communications, safety or incident reports and optional profile information.

3. Driver and contractor information

For driver or contractor applications and participation, Concierge may collect identity information, driver’s-license information, vehicle and registration information, insurance documentation, background-screening or eligibility information, compliance documents, payout information, application records and records relating to participation on the platform.

4. Location information

When location permissions are enabled or location data is otherwise necessary to provide a requested service, Concierge may process pickup and drop-off locations, current location, route information, trip progress and driver location while the driver is online or engaged in a service. Location permissions can generally be managed through device settings, although disabling them may prevent some features from functioning.

5. Information collected automatically

Concierge services may automatically generate or receive device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, application activity, diagnostics, security events, login/session information and cookie or local-storage information used by the site or application. The exact information depends on the technology and feature being used.

6. Transaction information

Concierge may maintain transaction records such as service amount, adjustments, tips, dates, receipts and payout or settlement records. Payment credentials may be processed by third-party payment processors. Concierge does not represent in this Policy that it stores full payment-card numbers unless a specific implementation is separately confirmed.

7. How information is used

Concierge may use information to create and manage accounts; provide quotes; route and dispatch requests; coordinate pickups, trips and deliveries; complete transactions; provide support; investigate safety incidents; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; maintain records; improve platform performance; communicate service information; and conduct marketing where authorized and legally permitted.

8. Legal bases and consent

Depending on the jurisdiction and context, Concierge may rely on performance of a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, protection of legitimate interests or another legally recognized basis for processing. Where consent is legally required, users may have the right to withdraw it, subject to legal and operational limitations.

9. How information may be shared

Concierge may share personal information as necessary with drivers or contractors fulfilling a request; participating merchants for merchant orders; service providers supporting platform operations; payment processors; background, identity or compliance providers; insurers and professional advisers; government agencies or other parties where disclosure is legally required; parties involved in a business transfer; and other recipients when the user directs or authorizes the sharing.

10. Sale of personal information

Concierge does not sell personal information for money as part of the business model described in this Policy. This statement does not mean information is never shared; information may be disclosed for the operational, legal and service purposes described above. If practices materially change, this Policy will be updated as required.

11. Data retention

Concierge retains information for periods reasonably related to account operation, transactions, safety, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, contractual obligations, regulatory compliance and other legitimate business or legal needs. Retention can vary by data category and circumstance, and this Policy does not invent a fixed period where none has been established.

12. Security

Concierge uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services being provided. No security system can guarantee that information will never be lost, misused or accessed without authorization, and this Policy does not disclose security-sensitive architecture or controls.

13. Your choices

Depending on the feature and applicable law, you may be able to update account information, control location permissions, manage certain communications, control browser cookies or storage, and submit verified privacy requests. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary to complete a transaction, needed for fraud or safety purposes or otherwise subject to a lawful exception.

14. State privacy rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, appeal or opt-out rights when those rights apply to Concierge and the particular processing activity. Concierge may verify identity before fulfilling a request and may deny or limit a request where a lawful exception applies.

15. Children’s privacy

Concierge services are not directed to children under 13. If Concierge learns that personal information from a child under 13 was collected in circumstances requiring deletion, Concierge will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.

16. U.S.-based processing and international access

Concierge operates in the United States. If a person accesses the service from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

17. Third-party sites and services

Links, integrations and third-party services may have separate privacy practices. Users should review the privacy notices of third parties they choose to use.

18. Policy updates

Concierge may update this Policy as technology, services or legal requirements change. The updated version will identify its effective or last-updated date, and additional notice will be provided where required by law.

19. Privacy requests and contact

Privacy questions and verified privacy requests may be sent to conciergeinc@icloud.com. Please describe the request and provide enough information for Concierge to identify the relevant account or interaction without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
