Our mission is to build scalable, technology-enabled transportation and logistics infrastructure that improves operational efficiency, reliability, accessibility and service coordination for riders, independent drivers, merchants and business partners.
What we are building
Concierge is focused first on rideshare in Georgia, with a model built around transparent fare components, no surge pricing and flexible participation options for independent drivers. The broader platform is designed to expand into food delivery, retail delivery, business logistics, merchant integrations and specialized medical-delivery workflows as those services become operationally and legally ready.
A different driver model
Concierge offers two driver participation models: an Unlimited subscription model at $250 per week, designed so drivers receive 100% of the defined base, mileage and time transportation fare plus tips, and a Free model with no weekly subscription under which the driver receives 70% of the defined transportation fare and Concierge receives 30%.
Built for riders and merchants too
For riders, Concierge is designed around straightforward pricing and no surge multipliers. For merchants, the approved model uses a 15% Concierge commission on eligible orders, subject to the applicable merchant agreement and disclosed adjustments. Planned merchant capabilities include order coordination, dashboard access and supported integrations.

Concierge is committed to developing its services with appropriate safety, privacy, accessibility, insurance, regulatory and operational controls. Service availability can differ by market and category, and planned capabilities are not represented as available until formally launched.
